CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & FEES

 

I further understand and agree that Pinnacle Lifestyles does not give credit or refunds, including but not limited to, change of mind, the discomforts of nature, inclement weather, evictions, and/or vacating your site early.

 

Cancellation by the purchaser for any reason shall be subject to following refund policies:

 

A.     Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will be refunded 100% subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

B.     Reservations cancelled less than 30 days notice before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.

 

Refunds for Wildfires and Air Quality Issues (Wildfire Smoke) will only be provided if the campground is within a Government Evacuation Order. 

 

This new policy will be in effect for all bookings placed after 4:30pm April 1, 2025. All previous booking will still fall under the previous policy.
